Parkour is a generalist movement practice that evolves for each individual into a specialized movement discipline. It becomes unique to the practitioners' interests, supported by the same philosophies of movement in relation to environment.

My specializations focus on air aesthetics, dexterity, barefoot, and fluid, reactive Parkour in natural biomes.

​

While most Parkour athletes train in urban environments (and much of my own training as well), I both prefer and fixate on movement in nature.

SPECIALIZATIONS

PARKOUR IN NATURE

I'm from New England--Connecticut to be exact. Talk about the nature here, about learning your land allows you to move in your land. Much like you can't hunt or forage the same foods off different lands in different regions, movement is different region to region as well.

DEXTERITY
